Appearance-changing waist charms in Die of Death. Updated August 2026.
Three charms in the game change your entire character model (normal charms just hang off your side). They are purely cosmetic and don't affect gameplay.
Charm of Roundness
15,000 P-PointsTurns your entire character round/ball-shaped. Same animations and gameplay — only the model changes (the face can clip a little). The most expensive charm in the game.
Big Head
~1,500–2,000 P-PointsGives your character a giant head. Affordable and purely cosmetic — sits on your waist like a normal charm until equipped.
Charm of Blockiness
~1,500 P-PointsTurns your character blocky/Minecraft-style. The cheapest tier of appearance-changing charms.
